Shelby Tucker began her employment with Parkinson Benson Potter shortly after the Zogg Fire of 2020 devastated her hometown of Igo-Ono, CA. Starting as a Client Relations Specialist, she quickly found her passion for helping wildfire victims rebuild their lives. Over time, she has taken on leadership roles within the firm, guiding local staff from fire-affected communities and managing the detailed, organizational tasks that ensure client satisfaction from intake through settlement.
As a wildfire survivor herself, Shelby brings deep empathy and understanding to her work. Known for her precision, professionalism, and compassion, she plays a key role in maintaining smooth case flow and individualized client care throughout the litigation process.
Outside of her professional life, Shelby enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, working together to build their regenerative homestead. A sixth-generation rancher and tribal member of the Nor Rel Muk Wintu Nation, she remains deeply rooted in her community’s heritage. Shelby also serves as Treasurer of the Ono Grange #445 and as an Executive Committee Member of the California State Grange, where her truest passion is expressed through agricultural advocacy and her commitment to strengthening rural communities across California.
